Technology becomes accessible to the consumer when brands make it useful.  You have to try it to understand the appeal. Brands will use VR to help customers through the decision-making process. How will I lay out my new apartment? What’s it like at that restaurant? Where’s my terminal again?

The customer relationship is strengthened through content that is applicable to the brand and empowers the target consumer. VR offers customers an avenue to escape reality: where you create your own space and rules. In this way, VR becomes very personal. How will brands give consumers a voice? This can often be the trickiest part of the content equation.
